Fulfillment: 

• The HouseNovel shop is a true marketplace, with all orders shipped directly by the respective brands. If your order includes products from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages.
  
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). Order cut-off time is 5 pm Central Standard Time.
• Delivery typically takes an additional 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on your location.
• You can track your order at any time by logging into your HouseNovel Shop account or by using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email from hello@housenovelshop.com.

Change of Address: 

• Before shipping: If you need to change your address before your order has shipped, contact our customer service team immediately at hello@housenovelshop.com with your order number and the new address.
• After shipping: If your order has already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number and new address. Note that changing the address after shipping may incur additional charges and delay delivery.
• Updating your account: For future orders, ensure your address is updated in your account settings on our website. This will prevent any discrepancies in future shipments.

Damaged Products: If your item is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof. See our refunds and returns policies here.

Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, with no restocking fee or return shipping cost.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags included. Please ensure that all items are repacked securely in their original packaging to ensure safe shipping. Additionally, take a photo of the repacked items to document their condition in case of any damage during transit.

Return Process:

• Contact us: Email our customer service team at hello@housenovelshop.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return with applicable photos.
• Return instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
• Ship the item: Pack the item securely and affix the prepaid label to the package. Drop it off at any designated shipping location.

Refund Processing Time:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
• Refunds will typically appear on your statement within 10 business days, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If, for some reason, you have not received a refund, please reach out to us at hello@housenovelshop.com

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
